Let's add cosmetics. I'd like to color my skulk dark purple and add horns.
On a more serious note, I like the idea. It would not change any in-game mechanics, but it might be an incentive for "achievement hunters"

I agree. There should at least be implemented a "sign" or "warning" that lets the players around it know when the crusher is about to go down.
Flamethrower and grenade launcher are specialized weapons. Flamethrower is awesome against skulks and cyst.
Grenade launchers are excellent against alien buildings and, even skulks when you aren't in the front line yourself.
Early skulk kick ass. I can easily kill 2-3 marines (if they don't all spot me at once). Adding early speed would only make it better.
It is the late game skulks gets "boring"/less effective, since you have to hit the marines 5 times with bite…
I don't know which servers this happens on because the current server browser in NS2 do not keep track of server history. Since i visit random servers every time I play, finding out which servers this happens on is impossible.
I also disagree with "allowing conceding while dead". The moment a player dies the "nerd-rage" symptom may kick in, which is the moment wanting to concede is at its peak.

I disagree with "Allow concede at a time earlier than the 10 minute mark, at around the 5 minute mark". Why the heck would I want to join a game just to have my entire team concede because they had a "bad start"?
ARCs are extremly efficient against all alien evolutions besides onos. The only alien evolution that has a chance of killing an ARC is the onos though.
As a skulk, I've almost completely given up on trying to kill an ARC.
