There might not be seasons. We only have seasons on earth due to us being off axis due to an ancient planetary strike. If a planet is parallel axis to the star it would always be spring/autumn and summer at the equator.
With that said. I… -
When you've played long enough you'll know the map better than your neighbourhood lol
Beacons can be useful for mapping and getting your bearings. You can often find beacon parts early game. I doubt any other sort of mapping will be adde… -
It might be worth disconnecting sections of the base from the other parts and powering them individually so you can search for any damaged areas, working gradually across the base until you find which is causing the issue - if at all.

Are people playing new games or old ones? How much drain are you experiencing?
I start a new game with every update. With the power efficiency module from the aurora my Cyclops can travel from the Lifepod to the mountain, to the floating… -

Sounds like a bug. It might be worth reporting it in the forums with some information about the game (New game since update or old game? Power efficiency module? Etc).
It might be worth clearing the Xbox cache; with the… -
Sadly i can't pick up Markipliers Bobble head, there's no interactions with it, so I've had to leave it in the life pod to the bonesharks.

Why on earth would I want a Neptune Rocket??
It's my home. I don't have any intentions of leaving and going anywhere else. Give up this paradise, grilling peepers on my own personal floating island and fermenting a lovely alcoholic bever… -
It's not as laggy for me. There has been a vast improvement since the last update.
The issue for me however is spending as little time as possible in there because it can crash pretty badly (causing the xbox to hard crash). If I try and … -
I know items and blue prints are somewhat randomised now. I found prawn drill arms outside the wreck on the floating underwater islands - but those bone sharks are vicious. There were also some more drill arms available to scan near the wreck south …

I havent fiddled with any of the graphics settings but there was one night where an eerie red hue descended on the environment and scared the hell out of me.

I found gel sacks near the underwater cave entrance to the precursor mountain. Also plenty near where the treaders tread. I was searching the usual spots for an hour and worried they'd been removed from the game, it was only when I had a scanner roo…

The problem with autosave is if it saves 5 seconds before the sea dragon slices your cyclops in twain leaving you stranded in the middle of the lava zone. Or any other myriad of ill timed disasters which leave you in a death loop. Unless autosaves w…

The sunbeam story was disabled with the last update, they will switch it back on in the next one.. What will happen to those of us who are now infection free and can disable the gun though lol -
Maybe a redesign of the moonpool so you can align the cyclops over the top of it and it connects so the front exit attaches to a ladder and the docking bay allows to transfer out either the prawn or the seamoth depending. Moving between the cyclops …

I usually only have 4 multipurpose rooms, a moonpool and a scanner room.
I stack 2 multipurpose rooms side by side (2 up, 2 across). The first section has the hatch way, this has my first aid station, radio and a wall locker with 'missio… -

I can imagine it plastered to the glass like some suckered plush Garfield toy haha -

Yes. As long as you were last inside the cyclops and havent gone inside any other player made structure then do the following:
1)Hold down left buffer, right buffer and A. This will bring up the console command… -
It doesn't seem too power hungry at all to me, the balance there seems about right. If you enable silent running, the sonar or the shield you soon run out of juice however - but it's better that way in my opinion as it adds an element of risk. You h…

I was a bit suspicious. I saved the game 3 or 4 times and it was only taking about 5 seconds compared to the 20 minutes or so it was taking yesterday, I was sure I'd exit the game and reload it to find failure.. But.. It works! Hurrah!

Twas but a little patch this time lol I was worried about a monster 7Gb leviathan of a download, but a few hundred megs and 2 minutes it was installed. Testing now!
Thanks for your hard work. -
My base is currently located between the 500m degasi and the wreck south of that, powered by thermals and a bioreactor. It may sound really weird, but I moved it around. Every now and again when I get a bit tired of the same surroundings I disassemb…

I too have had the message about the rocket. The code they gave for the captains door in the aurora doesn't seem to work either. I wonder if it's connected in some way. -
Release date in.. 9. 9. 9. 9 hours..

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I've got all the audio transmissions etc from the ill fated survivors and thought.. What's happened to the sunbeam? They said they were other side of the system and on their way but I've heard nothing since and that wa…

It is the best news heard in.. Gosh, I can't remember!
I had one issue where the game spent over 6 hours trying to save, I had to go out and when I got back in I just closed it down because it wasn't working. But it loaded the save prior… -
I live in the UK so picked Greenland. Brrr it's cold, I think subnautica might freeze over.

The alternative solution is to move a couple of thousand miles east to a new house. But it's quite an expensive fix.
-
Well, the -3 hour timezone change works! I just need to wait an hour for my latest save to save
-
What? But then my save game would 3 hours before I even played. It could create a time paradox, the result of which could cause a chain reaction that would unravel the very fabric of the space-time continuum and destroy the entire universe! Granted,…

Just remember to bring your old power efficiency modules etc otherwise you'll have to spawn it in by typing "item powerupgrademodule"
