In the original game you crash land by yourself on alien planet. It's the ultimate great escape. Even with the varied aquatic terrors it's a largely restful experience.

Problem is that there's still no cooked plant food. This is a game which distinguishes itself from others by eschewing guns and not requiring you to kill things to progress. Nice. But survival is still easier if y…This isn't like many survival games where you have to do a lot of crafting.
At most you need one of every technology. Plus food (if you're cooking) and ammo (if you're using it - I don't).

I used to do that but marble melons have replaced lantern fruit as the optimal food source. They reduced how much food and water the fruit give and combined with the vomiting business it's tedious.
