    I released a sillyv5 which looks infinitly better then v3, the problem is though that the games never end, so I have come to the conclusion to add a special point and timer system so that games of mvm never go pasted 30 or 45 min, (yet to have decided) I will implement this idea in sillyv6, it shouldn't take long. Now you wont have to play 2 hour games of MVM <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Those people put the armory on team 3, not 2, and they need to be 2 to work correctly.

    ONLY commchair is team 3!

    Forgive me if I haven't read it before, but I've seen marines vs. marines maps aplenty, but why aren't there alien vs. alien maps? Maybe there are and I haven't seen them, or maybe there are some limitations to the engine. Please tell me.

    It's possible for AvA, but there are some pretty major bugs with it.

    I can either get team 4 to join right or team 2.. arg...

    I saw the screen show from both teams working... can someone please post the source.

    How do you have it set up right now? i have it working (partly) in one of my maps.

    I'l try to explain how to get ava working,


    team 1 set up normaly, it'll just change to team two

    As for the second tea, it'll be bumped to team 4, so it has no spawns, Replace your "join team 2" with a teleporter that brings that said person into the team 2's base, then before he falls make it so he falls through a "join team 2" entity, then where he falls is where he will spawn.

    All team 2 spawn where they die, or where they are spectating, meaning if I die, and spectate "hi1" I'll spawn where he is. Don't ask how, it just does.

    Good luck with that. (hives don't function properly either, jsut set em as team 2 and team 4 to get the game to go, youll need a script to fix it properly though.)

    mhm. Hi all!

    I browsed through all these thread pages and tried to create a MvM map - i can't get it run. I created two CC's (one set to "Team one" and one set to "3"), info_team_start's ("Team one"s and "Team two"s), Armorys ("Team one"s and "Team two"s) and an info_gameplay entity (set to: Team one: Human, Team two: Human). The compiled version of this map doesnt let me Spawn when i try to join a team - it just say's DEAD.

    What did I do wrong?

    I think i might be able to help with that, what did you set your readyroom jointeams to be?
