Sorry for the lack of updates lads!
I've been away from my home office for a couple months so I haven't had a chance to build too much just yet but work on the greybox is progressing. We are both very busy but do intend to keep this project alive provided we can find spare time. We will see!

at this level of quality (most impressive design i have seen so far) this project will never be finished.
it just takes to much hard work & free time for 2 talented people (in my little opinion).
EDIT:
hopefully there will be some editor enhancements some day to speed up the process.

Heya folks, sorry for the severe lack of updates. Both Alibi and I have been very busy with real life, I had issues with my previous housing and now i'm currently moving to Ireland,
but once I'm settled into my new place I'll be putting Hera development as my no.1 priority. Alibi and I have spoken very recently about a few design decisions as well as layout changes we are planning to make so the project is far from dead.
Its maps like this that make me wonder why i even try to make maps.
You can't beat this! >.<
Whats more important ?
a) to finish a map with mid-quality, but its playable... the quality can get better the more time you spend (after playtest release).
b) to finish 2 rooms with awesome-quality (like the hera-screenshots), but its not playable... it takes years to finish the whole map or maybe will never be released.
its only 2 rooms (with amazing quality!) nothing else.
if you would spend all your mapping time into 2 rooms instead the whole map,
you would probably get the same quality depending on the time you spend.
EDIT:
its now 12 months (first images posted on august 2012) and we saw 2 rooms.
so an estimated release will be in probably 2020
