there's already 2 threads with this bug. It's caused by moonpool and cyclops docking and undocking. Only way to fix is to save then quit to main menu and reload the game.

The only way to temp fix is to clear the save's cache (look in 0x6's sig). Usually when this happens to me, it's permanent on that save until you move it over to a new save file or clear the cache. (both of which have unintended consequences.)

Haha yup, took me a while to figure out the moonpool was causing this as well... Didn't bother reporting it as no one seemed to care when i reported the PDA being gray and having issues. This also happens with the cyclops docking as well.
