[BUG] 42313 UI: Cyclops Pressure Compensator does not appear at normal Fabricator UI only on Cyclops

I was tearing my hear out trying to figure out how to make this thing, as I didn't want to start using the Cyclops which only had half the depth-range of my Seamoth. Couldn't build it at the fabricator, the moonpool interface, or the upgrade station after I was sure I had enough fragments. Only found out it was build-able on the Cyclops itself through wiki comments... and sure enough, I can build it on-board the cyclops.

    A fabricator built on board a seabase and a fabricator built on board the cyclops are identical, except that the cyclops upgrade module can only be built on the one on board the cyclops. There does not appear to be any indication in the game that the cyclops upgrade module can only be built on board the cyclops, I also don't see any logic to it.

    That seems like a bug, though it may be intentional.

    i see what you mean. if it is intentional, then it needs to be stated so on the BP card.
