    What is the skulk going to be? [oh, i looked back, seems this was already planned. Hopefully the spinning when moving was also planned]
    I was thinking, and it seems a koopa shell would be really good... Use a spinning shell for walking and running and jumping, and then just have a koopa standing still for the idle one... so then you would just see this shell spinning at you, and if it got to close you'd get hit (assuming the player was good at biting <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->)

    Also, the jetpack marine, as everyone has already said, should definetely be a racoon mario...

    Oh, and the sof and gorge hivesight sprites... They hsould be two fireballs rather hten just one, not because it would look better, but because then you can see where the marine/gorge is more accurately. (With just one you might have trouble knowing if it's the left edge of the marine, the right edge, or what. You don't always have the time to watch it spin full circle to understand where they are...)

    So with those two i think one more fireball exactly opposite in the orbit around hte center would be good, for then you could always understand where the center of the object being marked is.

    Are there any plans for parasite and normal hivesight sprites?

    and what is being planned for HMG/GL/Shotgun? [I see now, and i will rant in a moment]

    Maybe someone should take the superscope and the pistol, and come up with some new concepts that are similar... And then use a modified pistol for the LMG, and hten two modified versions of the superscope (and one not modified... i'd vote for shotgun or gl for thsi one) for the higher level stuff.

    I have the superscope in my room, It's not the size that SSBM makes it out to be. It's like a frikken rocket launcher. I don't want to call that thing a <i>light</i> machine gun.

This seems like it should be a Mario Retro pack, if you're going to have stuff like the vaccum and the gamecube, why are you even bothering with cellshading and flat coloring and everything...     Finally, for the mines, You know those spikey things that the koopa in the cloud throws at you?... I can't remember the names of anything... but they're red with white spikes... And i think they would do great to stick on walls and stuff...

    Jetpack pickup should obviously be a leaf if the racoon mario is done...

    I love the health bars on the buildings. Those look hot.

    The rr models as goomba's might present some problems, since the original rr models have the marine animations and binding box thing... I'm not sure that you could make it so that people could jump on top of a goomba model without floating 20 feet above it's head... (and you NEED to make it so you can jump on top, if you are in fact doing a goomba...)

    A Koopa wouldnt make a good Skulk. Koopsa cant walk up walls etc. To get a good Charector for the part, use Buzzy Beetle. It walks on the ceiling, and trys to fall on marios head all the time. Its perfect.

    if the green koopa isn't used for the skulk model, it should definetely at least be used for the rr model.

    pretty much agree with you on most of this post, the pack need to keep a constant theme though out.

    the nintendo controlers as wepons arent mario related other than they are made by nintendo.

    its like making a sega pack and using the gamegear as a mine because its made by sega.

    I think the Red Spiky things or the Crabs that you have to jumo on twice and they get mad after the first would be a good skulk and as for the Gorge I would say a Koopa but no Chain Chomp he is 1 too big and 2 Immobile and for the RR models stick with a Goomba but just make it a big and I may look cool for people to be floating above a Goomba anyway it would look like you are about to kill it for not joining the game!!! and for the umbra and spore ingame sprites I say make the umbra Happy Boo Faces and the Spores as Angry Boo faces... and it really is up to CoolCookieCooks on the Ideas so consult with him for that stuff before deciding

This seems like it should be a Mario Retro pack, if you're going to have stuff like the vaccum and the gamecube, why are you even bothering with cellshading and flat coloring and everything... I think N64 and earlier is fine, but gamecube is waaay too recent, and just doesn't seem to fit.
    The vaccum for the hmg also makes no sense to me, and I don't like it at all. It doesn't fit at all, Luigi's Mansion was a kiddy game, and I don't even count it as part of the mario series. Mario Sunshine, while a very good game, was also way too kiddy, and way too recent. ]

    pretty much agree with you on most of this post, the pack need to keep a constant theme though out.

    the nintendo controlers as wepons arent mario related other than they are made by nintendo.

    Well, then perhaps they shouldnt keep this public? If its a pack just to fit their taste and not the public persons who are gonna download and use the pack?
    If they make a pack for everyone to use, then perhaps it should be a pack for us aswell?
    But! I sure agree that its their decision how to make the pack, but IF they want our gratitude for the pack, they sure do have to do it as everyone wants it to be...
