    on super mario world, at bowsers castle, he was hovering in this white thing with a clown face, how about that for a hive?

    I'm really looking forward to it. I know that some similar packs/models were already a WIP but never got finished (OllJ's Super Mario and stuff)

    OMG! this is gonna be great. i actually wanted to do this myself a while ago, but then i realized i can't model <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    anyways, i don't know about luigi being the HA. in the games, you'd start out as mario. then with the help of a magical mushroom, you'd get SUPER mario - he looked bigger and better. maybe that could be done? (with, of course, a BIG mushroom as the model you pick up for the ha)

    I've got so bloody much to catch up on... but this is too good to miss. I can do all the little ones for sure, I won't try any of the players since my time is rather limited. Little ones being Star, Coin, Mushroom, Fireball and possibly the FLUDD from Mario Sunshine (I have that game, why I'm not sure...but I have it in 3D already, to base it off of).

    This is just too good to pass up on <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    Edit: Okay don't wanna double post, so here's some concepts:

    Marine: Mario/ has 2 skins, mario version and wario version. Luigi/ has 2 skins, luigi version and waluigi version.

    Jet Pack: Super Feather is World Model, Mario/Luigi with a Yellow cape for the P_Model (From super mario world and it has the cape thing on it back, not like the power leaf which has it on his bottom)

    Welder: The wand thingy the Koopa Wizards have or a wrench.

    Heavy: Red Mushroom is World Model, Mario/Luigi bigger version of the marine Mario/Luigi (Red Mushroom makes you bigger, thus heavy makes the marine bigger)

    Med Packs: Green Mushroom (duh remember they give you extra life.)

    Skulks: Goomba, or the goomba's with the metel cap. (they can go on walls and leap, if they have the wings/ big boot on them)

    Fade: Boo, Lizard/Mecha Lizard, or maybe Yoshi/Birdo

    Lerk: LOL the mean SUN from smb 3, or para troopa/ flying goomba/ koopa troopa without the shell but with the flying cape.

    Onos: those giant gerbils from smb world, or bowser.

    i agree that at least something better could be used instead of the ball and chain thingy. goomba's do seem to fit the profile the best...

    oh, and for sounds for this pack, <a href='http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console/nintendo/nes/index-sz.html' target='_blank'>this site</a> has tons of sounds ripped from the 3 super mario brothers games...

    super mario land was before super mario bros? daisy was the princess in distress back in Smb for nintendo.

    haha your right the movie was not like the super mario bros cartoon/ video game. Toad was a rocker who turns into a goomba. Even yoshi was there, but he was bowser's pet.

    sorry for getting off topic there, but the CC could be a PIPE? or maybe a big Star, you know like in Super Mario World where you go on it to enter STAR WORLD.

    Jetpack could be a Blue Yoshi Egg for the World Model. Then the P_Model would be Mario on a Blue Yoshi with wings.

    the only problem with the castle is that it might look a bit disproptioned..... but then again, mario can fly with the help of a racoon's tail and he battles flying turtles, so i guess it's ok <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    what if for the cc, mario hopped onto yoshi (the cc) and had a laptop for commanding?     Yoshi Egg:
    Needs something supporting it I think, like the gestate egg has that gunky crud around the bottom. 288 Polies. Could EASILY make it more. This took quite literally 20 seconds to make. 5 to drag the sphere, 2 to resize it, 10 to draw 3 circles in photoshop and another 3 to add the material.
