This will be so amazing. You should talk to the NS folks, see if they can use it for promoting NS2 (That is if it's OK with you, of course). When the video is created, maybe you guys can collaborate with Gametrailers.com and get the video posted on their site. Free advertising right there, and if it the video looks sick which I think it will, then quite of few people will end up buying the game. Wow. I'm so excited right now <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/smile-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile-fix.gif" />.

We should have the green screen edit in a week so i can send it to the music guy, Chris Haigh.
Then I can start integrating the cg.

I found both a animator and a rigger so the skulks will look as real as possible.

I also added some of the images to the first page so new people don't have to read the entire thing to get an idea of what is going on.

Editing is already half way done though so i should be able to send the green screen edit to the audio guys so they can get started. (Travis Bristow for sound effects, and Chris Haigh for music).
Unfortunately once I am done editing the cg is going to take quite a while if nothing else because of render times.

The best news, this film cost less than $50.

There's been other movie projects before but nothing like this since... well no nothing like this actually! <img src="style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin-fix.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin-fix.gif" />

I mean we had some limited CG at the start and end of the original NS 1.0 trailer (mostly gameplay clips in the middle). We had a well done trailer for 3.0 too which was made from gameplay footage.

But actually green-screening it? Wow! And the high poly models!

If you need a download mirror when you are trying to release the video, the Xzianthian network would be happy to assist. Keep up the hard work!
