Onos has zero escape-ability. Fade balls are back.

I do not see the point in seeing your odds of winning go to zero, joining your teammates in conceding, then having to play for additional minutes in some cat and mouse hunt or watching a timer click down while the your opponent "wins". Most of the …

Make "Tutorial Mode" available in real time. The present wait to spawn videos are not that great. They show eating power nodes, dodging sentries, gorge throwing bile at an arms lab. All part of the game, but tell a new marine to destroy a crag, v…

Give Exos self nano shield at 5 pres cost, and let them pick up catalyst for a 10 sec boost without overheating.

here you go.
also, after spending all morning finishing the floor plan, the map is borked. spectate looks fine, running through it looks fine, commander view looks fine...

Thanks for the link; gleaned a few nuggets.
I walked tram and summit, and those walk times are in the 15s. Why all the 20+ times posted everywhere?

did some homework. so is tram just an anomaly? i always felt it was the most balanced, next to maybe summit.

great comments all around. thanks guys.

yeah the circle thing is daunting, but i think i have the patience for it. making the map with ns2 models is definitely the first step, but the hard part would be to model and texture the t.v. series look into the game.

Good discussion.
In your mockup, aliens would have no reason to even get a second hive until pretty late.

the rational was: marines can't pressure stability res as easily, and locking down the new maintenance room would be tough. gen or depart start should grab 3 rts pretty easily. putting landing pad rt in would keep a marine or two…i was bored.a w3 flamer can burn down triplet crags in 1.5 clips, if i recall correctly, in less than 20 seconds. thus, they are a great alternative to arcs when taking out heal stations and fortified hives.
