I've stopped playing after the hitches and atrocious tick rate on 98% of the servers. It's not fun when confrontations are luck based.

What you see in task manager only shows RAM usage. VRAM requires a 3rd party program to see its usage. VRAM adds to the 32bit address limit. Windows also adds 0.5 GB to the address limit.

Maybe not client side. The majority of servers can not keep track of only 20 players. It's a network problem and it causes the packets saying you did damage to be dropped server side. It can't be denied, this shit happens to eve… -
