I guess I am lucky then, I experienced crashes around Phi robotics and outpost zero, however they were not systematic (I could eventually explore those areas after reloading).
That does not help you much though. -

It's hard to say. What can be objectively said is that the support of the console versions from UW has been sub-part and frustrating. There have been many improvement and bugfixes, but also a lot of regressions. One of the best tim… -
Interesting. I liked a lot the endgame, especially the fact that I had to collect a lot of supplies and batteries for the Cyclops, knowing it would be likely a difficult exploration in the lava zone. In that respect, those energy leeches are especia…

Thanks a lot for the update. Everything is not perfect yet, but the terrain streaming performance is so much improved that it's almost shocking. The framerate in the lost river has also increased a lot. At last, Subnautica on PS4 might be playable o…

No, one of the moons (the big red one) is indeed missing from the PS4 version. Nothing wrong with Anlamp1 install. This is most likely a bug, as you can see the light from the moon when underwater. This is one of the many console issues which have b…

Thanks a lot for keeping the game updated, even if it may take a few minor releases before it fully stabilizes.
Personally, I eagerly await for the PS4 update(s), as I've long been wanting to play a hardcore game, but it would have been quite … -
As you have seen, the Cyclops has poor manoeuvrability and visibility. But in a way, that's part of the challenge, and that's what makes exploring the deeper levels for the first time thrilling !
If I could give you an advice: please make sure… -
There was a bladderfish extinction bug (it didn't respawn) that is supposed to be fixed by now.

Hello,
Yes indeed, this is the flickering issue you spotted on item #16. This is just the "technical name" of this effect. It is caused by the insufficient precision of the Z-buffer which keeps track of which pixels are in front of the others.… -
The Z-fighting (flickering) regression introduced in 1.08 has not been fixed. This is quite disappointing...

I timed the initialisation of the game and load of a save with a stock PS4 Pro: 1 minute and 23 seconds. This is on an endgame save (3 playing days in), with two large bases. So it seems the situation is much better.
However, floor tile loadin… -
The load/save times are OK on PS4. What time duration are we talking about on XboxOne ? To have the controllers auto-shut off is quite... extreme.

Good news: thanks to this list and the work of @HalfEvilCoyote, it seems the Bladderfish-not-respawning issues have been fixed across all platforms. See in Current Bug List for PS4 Console Release of Subnautica Comment by Cochonou March 2019

It's coming back in the next patch. See changeset 62230.
-
It has effectively been taken out, but it will be re-activated in the next patch.

It might be surprising to you, but it is actually the opposite. The console version of Subnautica runs on a more recent version of the Unity engine, which has not been backported yet (as far as I know) to the stable PC branch.
If you look at this thread, it looks like it might also be the case on the PC version. Not having played it, I cannot confirm this.Really ? They definitely respawn on PS4, and this dates from at least 1.05. I believe this has always been the case... But this might be related to the "doors resetting" bug, which reinitialises the state of some locations.
Is metal salv…I’ll try to trigger the bug too and send some ingame feedback - I’m pretty sure I have a save game on which it can happen in the lost river. Not very often, but not extremely rarely too.The falling out of the cyclops is a known bug which is not exclusive to ps4. There are several variants of if, the most common being the slow slide…It does not dissipate straight away. It takes several days.Unfortunately, the alien bases have not waited for 1.08 version to reset between saves.I am still surprised that so many people find that the fuel rods are spent quickly. Leaving aside realism issues, with a generation rate of 250 power units per minute and a capacity of 20000 power unit per rod, there's more of 5 hours of energy when…You can see reports of save game issues here, for instance. Did you see other instances of false positives ?
