I forgot who's idea it was. Imagine: 10 minutes before the match. Someone said that we could need a clantag. After thinking of several serious and stupid-but-not-funny possibilities, someone came up with Heidis Bergziegen and everyone loled hardly, then agreed immediatly.
Hi guys, I'm setting up a <a href="https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=ns2hd%40live.com.au&ctz=Australia/Sydney" target="_blank">Google Calendar </a>to make it easier for you to ask me to join in on your matches. Now if some Google genius could explain to me how I make it so you can propose events on the calendar, I'd be much obliged :)
Hopefully this will mean you can set up your match, post an event request on the calendar, and then I can just accept or reject it depending on if I can make it.
Remember my times are GMT +10. Best times for my availability are Friday night and Saturday night US time (Saturday morning and Sunday morning for me.)

2nd match was <b>Frelge</b> vs <b>HBZ</b> again. It took place on rockdown and ended in a 1:1 (Marine side won twice) BTW, the first match ended 1:1 on rockdown (Alien side won twice) and 1:0 on summit (<b>Frelge</b> won as alienteam) --> overall result 3:2 for <b>Frelge</b>
3rd match was <b>coldFusion</b> vs <b>HBZ</b> It took place on tram and ended in a 2:0 for <b>HBZ</b> 4th match was <b>coldFusion</b> vs <b>HBZ</b> It took place on rockdownn and ended in a 2:0 for <b>HBZ</b>

Not many from my group have ns2 (yet) and the ones that do aren't up to par for system specs or interest at the moment. Wouldn't mind getting something going for late us west evenings.
I am posting info about NS2, here in Czech Republic, on game web <a href="http://fakeeverest.cz/" target="_blank">FakeEVERest</a>. I think, this game deserves it and people need to know about indie games more and more.
As psyched as I am to see competition already beginning in NS2 I must say I am a little saddened by it as well. I don't mean to steal your thunder or the like but I had been considering trying to start an NS2 tournament sponsored by my clan. I suppose I lacked the initiative in it that you had in that I had planned to wait for actual game release to begin but oh well. Anyways my clan AotW is creating a tournament website that you can use when it is working (might be working now, I have to talk to my web guy), we also have a 50 man mumble server you can use if need be. I don't know if AotW will be starting their own tournament or not until game day release but I am hoping to after release sponsor a tournament with a cash prize at the end of it.
So for your tournament you can use our website and mumble, and any clans interested in competition are welcome to follow our forums or hang out until such a time that I can host my tournament with the cash prize. And of course I would like to get my team into competitions as well, but currently don't have 6, so any Americans (or Europeans willing to go without sleep) are welcome to join AotW.
Also if any teams need a ventrilo server, I run one that is a public gaming server, just let me know ahead of time when you need it and I can make a passworded/locked channel for your team.
