DsotM for the win. Fortunately, it's the length of most of my classes, and it's good to listen to to get art class by. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo--> Not that the class is bad, but it gets school over with much faster. Breathe, Time and Us and Them are one of my favourites to listen to.

Is that the album with Head Like A Hole on it? I love that song. And I love the A.F.I. cover of it even more.

<a href='http://www.afireinside.net' target='_blank'>A.F.I.</a> , its a flash site, Head Like A Hole is one of the songs you can choose to play. Have a listen, it kicks arse!

I meant to ask, have you bought E's (of Eels) solo album, "Man Called E?" It's very good, just like the Eels basically, but I've only just discovered it.

I want and want to buy it, but the high pricepoint (never saw it for below 20 bucks) kinda discourages me. Well, let's wait for Blinking Lights <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

Just got Badly Drawn Boys new album (One Plus One is One) and it is bloody brilliant. Definitely better than his last album, it is a must buy for any fan of his or anyone looking for quite an upbeat album to listen to. Lots of woodwind instruments and piano sections only help the album, giving it a happy, almost Beatles like effect. To anyone who is interested, he also did the sound track to the film "About a boy", which he released as an album.

I also finally picked up Damien Rice's album (O) and it is amazing, i have no idea how it managed to slip past me for so long. Allmusic calls it "the perfect cross between Ryan Adams and David Gray" and i cannot help but agree. The sheer range of music in his songs is outstanding. Ranging from slowbeat folk to a quick and grand orchestrated piece, the songs flow really well. His voice is amazing, along with his songwriting talents. This album came out in 2003, so it might be a little hard to find. I definitely urge everyone who is into this type of music to pick it up, one way or another.

If you happen to like NIN, I'd highly recommend listening to "Dead Souls" from the soundtrack to <i>The Crow</i> which is a cover of a Joy Division song. It's one of Trent's best pieces of work. Additionally, N.E.R.D.'s mix of Lapdance is pretty sweet, but in a different way.

    !!!!

    BLASPHEMY!!!

Yes, they've changed one hell of a lot since their earlier stuff, but Davey Havok remains a god to me. Sing The Sorrow is just different, I love it though. Art Of Drowning is another good album. They've certainly been getting less and less hardcore as they've gone on, who knows what their next album will be like (out later this year supposedly).

In recent news, <i>Beck</i>'s new album comes out Tuesday.

Very recently I spied an import album from, of all places, Holland, from <i>Massive Attack</i>. It's the soundtrack to a movie called <i>Danny the Dog.</i> After listening through Mezzanine a few times, I couldn't help picking it up. The information is <a href='http://music.uk.launch.yahoo.com/release/9026472' target='_blank'>HERE</a>.

I like it. Even if you can't get ahold of it, at least now you know about it.

<i>Beck</i> has like 9 albums and I've only listened to maybe 3 & 1/10th of them. He rocks the johnson.

New Nine Inch Nails in May. :D

Also if you haven't heard <i>The Prodigy</i>'s new album, it's fun. <i>Always Outnumbered Never Outgunned</i> is a cool name to smurf by too.
