OK, here are the counters I've noticed, at least for myself and a few others:

To counter any ranged attack, simply melee attack them with a high-damage thing(it may be good to put several damage enhancers on your brawl for this. Notice it also messes with the AI in game if your going all over the place instead of standing still).

To counter attacks right next to you(melee), use any attack that can knock down, or disorient your enemy(no matter what enemy. When I use my hack against the guys with the big big big big big big swords that make Cloud's sword from FF VII look wimpy, they get disoriented, if just for a second. Puts you in a good position to jump away, or the such).

To counter AoE attacks(area of effect), just get out of that area.

And all the "Specialised" attacks have their own specific counter(Like the jumping to not get hit by the shockwave from the Ogre's of the Troll gang).

ALAS though, there are some that only have 1 counter: Teleportation. Which I doubt many of you have, but its good to have.

To support this, I just saw a level 5 guy take out a level 10 Lost Head guy(the ones with the big big big big big big swords) without getting hit once. GG!

You still get a free prestige power at level one if you preorder, and you get the game sooner. Good enough for me!

Prestige power is nothing big. Just a trail when you use your Dash power (in fact, it replaces your dash power). But it's still just a cool thing to have, so you can say "Hey, I pre-ordered and you didn't."

The CoH beta board will be wiped on April22. Beta server should be wiped around April 22-25. I'm not sure.

Boy: FFXI is better than this later on, I PROMISE. It may start slower, but once you hit level 15(which shouldn't take long), it gets GOIN. GOOD.
