    Esuna also awarded himself a grand total of -8000 posts, losing his 4000 post total and being set to -4000. Amazing that the mods were angry enough to reset him to a NEGATIVE amount of posts, or maybe they are just having some fun.

    Wow. Dunno if that really sucks for him to have to work his way back up to 0 let alone POSITIVE 4000 again or if it is really awesome that he gets to have a NEGATIVE post count.

    I dont think that is the way it works, i mean Liku doesnt have a title and he has made a lot of posts.

    you choose your title, if you dont bother changing it, it stays as the defualt.
    i know on the g4b2s forums it's after 100 posts you can change it

    You can't on these forums. Only admins / moderators can change user titles.

    Generally they're just given to people that either do something special, help the team, make an idiot of themselves, whatever. It's up to them.

    Some explenations of titels:

    Esuna's one of Rock Bottem came around after he got his post count set to -4K (after making his 4K post consist of the word post 4K times)

    [Corrected, very forcebly by] Mantrid got Lock Pick when he made a post after mod made a *locked* post but forgot to lock the thread.

    Voogru has Naturaly Modified, as he was one of the first to make serious mods to NS.

    [corrected by Teq] Flint Paper got Singing Drunk after posting the lyrics to "Closing Time" for a thread that was about to be locked.

    Most of the mods/admins have ones that are bassed off of injokes.

    And no, post count has nothing to do with forum title (look at mine <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif' /><!--endemo-->) I just don't do anything of substance, nor do I do anything particularly notworthy (be it intelegent or stupid)
