Is it just me or is commbans plugin not working properly?
I've added it to the plugins part so it should load properly. I tried banning a player from comm then typed sv_listcommbans but nothing happened, so I assume it didn't work.
I've had to shut DAK off on our server. Web admin functions like changing the map or rcon commands (sv_changemap) weren't working. Tick rate completely tanked when DAK was running (this happened when there was only 4 people on the server).
Edit: I forgot to add that the chatlog in web admin wasn't working either.
I have got it running with some of the plugins, which ones I do not know b/c I can not join my server (as one of them was apparently not reserved slots...)
It appears to not have issues when only loading "afkkick", "baseadmincommands", "mapvote", "motd", "unstuck", "voterandom", "votesurrender"
Going to try reserved slots next map and see if that works. So the problem is caused by one of the following:
messages", "reservedslots",
"enhancedlogging", "commbans", automapcycle"
I ran through a couple test rounds with all the plugins enabled, and didnt find any problems. Are you guys using the github or workshop versions, and what revision of DAK is used?
I also published an update there to add the real steamID to sv_status and such.
First i want to thank your for such a handy mod. But lately after the update my server has been experiencing problems. It is hosted by multiplay so the may be problems on their end. But what has been happening is players have tried to join and at random times they would receive a message of out of date mod files, invalid server files. Certain codes wouldn't work when they did before the update. Example is sv_nick. but yet vote options would. Tick rate would drop, even fps rates bombed (May or may not be related), Ive attempted things like resetting the ini's to their original states, resetting the server, start and stopping the server. It works fine for a bit, then it starts up with issues again. I really hope its the problem with my host but i figured i might as well ask here to. Cheers Guys.
Hard to say without seeing server logs, which would also help me determine the problems. I do suspect something is up with DAK however dont have good information as to what yet.
My friend hidden and I seem to be having a problem with the sv_kick function not working at all. The sv_ban function seems to be affected by this as it says a person was banned but they do not get kicked. We have checked over all the files and everything seems to be in order. We have had an issue like this before in which I believe you fixed a bug, (hidden made a post about it, it's on page 16 of the thread) we appreciate all the work you've done so far, thanks in advance.
Almost forgot we are using v406a from github with the bypass method.
Also sv_listplugins shows this information:

No map vote at end of map just instantly switches
New steam id format does not show in sv_status

May i ask what you added to the server.lua i tried old format didn't work.

As for lookups failing what command were you using? I was able to kick/ban without issues.
i.e. sv_ban 1234567 1440 Naughty
or sv_kick 1234567
or sv_nick 1234567 New name
