I dunno, I think they got done with the preamble or something. Honestly, why would I care about this when my national team can win at ice hockey and piss off Finland instead?

It's just the round robin phase, there's plenty of time still to be first, or at least second.
Isn't the most hated man in England right now Tony Haward?

Yeah, not having paid attention to this, I just found out England lost to the U.S. Well okay you didn't LOSE, but you managed to not score more goals than they did. That should count as an automatic loss, considering who you played against.

To be perfectly fair, nearly all the Euro teams are fielding team with at least one major player injured. Granted, most of the US team is pure lame, but still.

They didn't really fight at all. Playing hot potato with the ball around mid-field isn't going to get them anywhere, unfortunately. I'd actually like to see England do well, but that performance against USA was miserable to watch. You could see the frustration on Rooney's face towards the end where he was coming to try to play himself into the game.

At the same time LOL we tied England!!!!
I think the rob green jokes are getting out of hand. I hope we don't let any more slip through.
Rob Green jokes? Puzl; there's so many jokes so little time! I hear when Rob Green retires he wants to get a job as a handy man ;)
I guess fighting to a draw in a game that you should have won with ease isn't failure either? :P
