It seems you crossed a few bugs. Falling through floor still can happen rarely. Also my Prawn was destroyed too at the castle caves, but it was rather a bug I think, as every force that fries a Prawn should kill the player in an instant.

Recharging is awefully slow now. It takes me forever to recharge the Cyclops with the thermal recharge update or recharge the ion batteries and power cells with the proper base recharge devices. The only recharging that's left and fast enough to be …As this "bug" is known to the devs since months and unfixed, it's more a balancing issue. A builder with ion batteries might be seen as overpowered. Although it doesn't make any sense and one of the strange tech annoyances in the game.

Shields using zero energy is a bug. And I suppose we'll still get more tech polishing, now that the game is more complete.
I think it was removed to make it more dangerous near volcanos and other heat sources. Now you get no heat warning and can die if you get too close without even knowing.

Who'd turn a ship with minor thrusters without forward/backward movement when it's done by main engines and rudders/planes? Nice try. But the devs themselves did months of programming to get the Cyclops being able to deal with leviathans directly through means of- silent running to bypass leviathans (works)

You must understand that our posts should not be for complaining or whining, but simply telling the devs where we feel it causes unpleasent gameplay feeling. You do realize that the Cyclops shield is now togglable and just running until your power is down? (And due to a bug it runs infinite at the moment, drawing no power at all)
And of course the Cyclops can't be damaged/attacked…
