How did you made your seamoth to have 1000 m depth limit? I could make only 900 m - that's the ceiling of ghost tree cavern. -

-bulkheads do not block flooding. I have a MP room w/3 bulkheads and a hatch. The base started to flood in other place and this room was flooded too no matter it was separated by bulkheads from the rest of the base.

1. SP has some kind of energy cell built in. In that case after sunset your base should have some energy left.

Yes it is. However shielding might be damaged. Rod extraction/installation/production procedure might expose the living to radiation.
I got another good idea for survival mode - structural degradation. You have to eat/rehydra…Well, that might be a feature if developed well - you drop extra seeds you don't need on the floor of ocean - they should start to grow in compatible soil.(Quote)
We have "mini-reactor" which have to be refueled and might be damaged by natural disasters or fauna. I think that may be a good idea to force player to take the risks into consideration.

Confirm that on stable, if you go to the deck and open inventory it will be drawn behind the glass, in the ocean, like your hand penetrated the hull. Docking/undocking seamoth also helps.
