Personally I find the effect a bit unrealistic, how could any organism get through the water so quickly? It is still in development, hopefully it'll be a bit more fluid once they're done with it (if they actually add it). -

Yeah, I've had that too, the Cyclops seems to register a few pieces of salvage. Also, Creature eggs in Alien Contaiment show up and stuff in lockers.

OK, so I actually found a Trello card for the Scanner Room bug, it's filed away under To Do for this release rather than as a bug.

I've posted a few times about it. At this stage maybe it's helpful to remind people to press F8 more and report bugs in game even if they are old ones. The devs' bug prioritising process can only work if all the bugs are reported i…Report it as a bug. It is a known issue but if more people report it the devs might fix it before release.
In fact I think I'll post in Bug Reporting, I can't find a bug anywhere on Trello for it.I prefer travelling in the Seamoth anyway, and only use the Cyclops for base-building or storyline expeditions. Having to check back into a base or the Cyclops often to harvest food just means you can't travel far from either.It's been fixed!

This ties you to a base or the Cyclops however, where you can grow food. Water bottles (and cured fish) give you more freedom as they don't spoil.I hardly think water supply is "quality of life", it's a bit more important than that.(Quote)
That bug has (hopefully) been squashed in the latest Experimental. Worked for me.
