This actually happened to me after i spammed the grapple arm, but it was fixed when i refreshed my game and logged out of and back into steam.

I had thought about that, a harpoon gun, but why? Stasis rifle pauses the prey and you go hit it with a thermoblade and bam. All though, it would be a good defense or attacking module. If a shadow levi is coming, shoot the harpoon …(Quote)

Yes, you would expect to see your body move along with your head.
I have noticed that, the arms do seem to be at eye level, or eyes at arm level... it is weird.
But i do believe that that is easily fixed.Dude, a moving black shadow in the dark, people wouldn't even leave the 'not so safe at the moment shallows'.(Quote)
