Yes I am talking about something else. If we in this thread are talking about a new model to replace the hive and have it be the QUEEN alien. Then the 8 MISC sounds such as Hive_wound 1 through 5 need doing and HIve_death , Hive_spawn, and Hive_ambient need addressing.
Tykjen and I have it completed ( HAIL TYKJEN he did all the work) and we will forward it to the authors of this masterpiece so when it releases it releases with STYLE!
well status is that the overal egg skin texture is done my modeler is not really responding to my demand as i hoped as he is swamped with FLF2 weapon modeling
but we usually work in such a way so i have all my stuff done and ready for it or vice versa

and the mdoel, in my opinon, those who got the unfinished alien queen model and made it so it would work in game, i find that a bit disrespectful. afterall, we were told not to use the unfinished model in game, and yet you go and do it.

I don't see anyone saying here that they are using it in game. I have it because i am showing a pic of her and the Giger type alien textures i am adding to the WADS so we can all have the YIKES!! feeling
disrespectful is not the word you are looking for anyway ... more like premature. I don;t wan tto use it in game until she can reach out and touch me. but i need screenies you know?
