Are you sure it grows? Maybe it just seems so because certain parts look larger when the come closer when you move them. If not, I dunno what to tell you.

In the "spawn" (of hive) sequence the head looks up at start and it makes a 90° turn to the forward position. "Diing" makes another 90° forward and it looks down. "3 idling" sequences wil even have animated fingers, tail and all. "2 Flinch" sequenches (when getting hurt) will have an atacking tail, arms and a wide opened Mouth + alien teeth in action. "Scared" sequence; 2 front arms defending the alien Head wich turns 2 side, 2 back arms defending the eggsack. "birth" of skulks will be simular to the normal, but with helping hands and a waving head.
DONT use the dummy ingame. its only one really early spawn sequence for a model viewer, just for testing some stuff. With the right lightning it looks scarier<a href='http://www.df5jz.de/Ollj/dummy.zip' target='_blank'>.</a>

extract the skin with modelviewer20, change its colors like you want it and Post it here. having some problems with ingame alignment. alien too high, too far right, wrong angle, green strings wont hit the ceeling... dumdadum.

haven't looked at the zip yet, but for the pain animations you should have the flailing arms and aggressive hissing... yeessssss. make my hive killing experience nice and satisfying, yet tragic... (its easy to be poetic at 3 am)
