This is something I'm currently working on. I'm going to start on the body soon.

    Wow, that is sexay. Almost didn't notice there wasn't a body lol. I was wondering why it fit in with the bg so well. FINISH and ill use.     Looks pretty sexy so far. Imo the scope might look nicer with the center mounting post removed and the other 2 scooted a tiny bit closer together and the front shround a little smaller. Can't wait to see it with a body to bring it all together <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->


    ps: I hope you can get it skinned worthy of the model, if theres one thing that differentiates good scoped gun models from bad ones its the skinning on the lens.

    If you were waiting for the finished article I'm afraid you now have to wait longer, gotta restart it. Used the model cleaner in Milkshape to see what it did and I accidently saved over my master copy. So now I only have the messed up version. Everything is now in 2 pieces and I really don't have the time to work out how to fix it.

    i dunno its kinda hard to decide
    on one hand, the scope was in the concept so maybe it should be on there
    on the other, thats one friggin huge scope, ingame thats ALL your gonna see, it might look a bit goofy
    hmmm

    is it possible to remove things like scopes with jed's HLMV? cus if it is then you can do it scoped, and people who don't want the scope can just remove it...

    if not i vote no scope, its too huge for meh

    you can use body groups, but even then you can't change the model itself with HLMV sadly, it would be a very nice feature though, to combine body groups would be awesome with just HLMV, but sadly that requires .qc modification, something not everyone knows how to do, basically all you can do is either
    A) release two versions (ew extra work) in which case you should keep the scope on, but texture and detail everything under it as well
    B) just forget the scope, it looks better without the maglight on top <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->

    my vote would lie on a non-scoped version... or at the least a very scaled down version of the scope.

    Just to be awkward I'm gonna make a scoped one, the original and I'm also gonna make a slightly modified non-scoped one

    Scope will be scaled down the best I can for the original though.

    i dont know the entire gun seems kinda strange with the huge scope i say take off the scope and make it a shotty

    thats what i thought actually, im gonna keep the scope as a personal thing for CS. Just gotta devise a way of making new reloading for the shotty. Don't really wan't the conventional plug shells up into the body, seems overused. Ne interesting ideas?

    maybe put a hole like thingy in the clip thingy so the shells can be put into like that? but then they stack up into a clip instead of under the barrel

    heh that concept pic looks like an m4a1 with a scope :<.

    if you going to make it a shotgun i reckon you should add a feature to the top of the gun where the scope/scopemount used to be... looks rather bad with a straight top,
