This is something I'm currently working on. I'm going to start on the body soon.

It would be all transparant and what not.
That's what I thought, too.
ps: I hope you can get it skinned worthy of the model, if theres one thing that differentiates good scoped gun models from bad ones its the skinning on the lens.

on one hand, the scope was in the concept so maybe it should be on there
on the other, thats one friggin huge scope, ingame thats ALL your gonna see, it might look a bit goofy

is it possible to remove things like scopes with jed's HLMV? cus if it is then you can do it scoped, and people who don't want the scope can just remove it...
if not i vote no scope, its too huge for meh

A) release two versions (ew extra work) in which case you should keep the scope on, but texture and detail everything under it as well
B) just forget the scope, it looks better without the maglight on top <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/wink-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink-fix.gif' /><!--endemo-->
Scope will be scaled down the best I can for the original though.
I'll post it tommorow if I get time to finish it
I finished 1 version of it. This is my rushed (still took ages) version without any scopes, lams etc

i dont know the entire gun seems kinda strange with the huge scope i say take off the scope and make it a shotty

if you going to make it a shotgun i reckon you should add a feature to the top of the gun where the scope/scopemount used to be... looks rather bad with a straight top,
