10 baths is "allocated"? Really? (There's meant to be a space in there, which makes all the difference).
Anyway: yeah, cats aren't meant to need baths because they lick themselves clean. They aren't supposed to roll in their own crap, either. Our cats aren't kept indoors, so they use the garden to do their business. A garden has far more space to bury poo in than a sandbox (and far less work to keep clean).
That said, our smaller cat Amber once <i>gave herself</i> a bath. She's always had a fascination with water, and serveral times when there's been a bath run she's jumped up on the edge and examined the water closely, sometimes pawing it. Well, one time she lost her balance and fell in. I wasn't the one who fished her out, but if I recall correctly she wasn't very happy about the situation.

One of our cats, Toby, did the same thing as a kitten, had a fascination with water. But he actually enjoyed it... would jump under the tap and chase the droplets that sprayed off.
Sadly that was brought to an abrupt end when Mom was running a bath for herself and went to answer the phone... leaving only the hot-tap on. We heard a screech, and a yowling cat tearing around the room... he never went near the bathroom again. Had to move his box to by the back door. He was full-grown by then (at least 'teenaged', didn't die or lose fur), just traumatized. I still feel bad about it.
