Full Spectrum Warriror's not all that fun after a bit with singleplayer, I'd bet that Xbox live play is pretty fun though.

Back with Fable: Married Lady Grey and I have no idea where she went...just poof, marriage and then she's not in any of my houses. Bowerstone was being rented and Oakvale was free (Knothole Glade also being rented). No idea where she went and I don't know of any efficient way to find her .

On that note, apparently everyone's keen on giving you these super deluxo powers that are the end all be all...that doo nothing except make you have epileptic seizures and glow greenish during a cutscene.

Sword, I assume when you max out your strength, you can pull it.

I saw Lady Grey walking around hugging other guys

Yeah.. to get the sword out of the stone you must max out Physique, Health and toughness... Well.. maybe just Physique.. I haven't tried that yet.. I kinda kept them all mostly equal, and did Physique last because it was the most expensive..

As for Lady Grey.. She is the mayor, so she obviously will stay in her town where she belongs (That and I'm sure her manor is better than anything you can buy )
As for hugging other guys... its probably just public relations more or less. The entire "I'm your mayor/governer/president and I'd like you to know that I care about the people I represent" type hug..
    Or so I would hope.

Except for the time while you're courting here she just stands in the same spot for years at a time (heck, she was waiting for me to fight for some guy while I was gone for upwards of 12 of my years).

Something that makes me err a bit is the expressions and interactions with the story. It's a decent story (it really is), but it's extremely linear. You get about 2 choices and they both concern killing someone or sparing someone (one of which gives way too much good alignment). It's all "Press A to continue or Press B to wait and do something else".

'least it's presented well. And it's fun. I wish there was a bit more depth to combat, that'd make the combat alone worth it. [give melee the depth involved with Will] Mixed together they work well. I never have to block though...it just doesn't happen. Physical Shield + go nuts = death to all.

Wish there was a first person view without using your bow, and the ability to look over yourself better. I didn't notice my scars until near the end of the game...I only noticed slightly more muscles and my hair turning blond...I think becoming evil or a mage would be much for defining.

I want to play it really bad, but I'm definatly going to rent it before I purchase it.

The marvelous powers you get are experience bonuses. 10k for the first one, and 40k for the second one.

I couldn't pull the sword out of the stone until I had physique, health and toughness all maxed, but it depends on how strong you were when you first tried. You have to increase physique by 5, health by 2 and toughness by 3. It's not really worth it if you've married Lady Grey - just get 15 keys and open the chest in her manor, and you've got the best weapon in the game. Besides the one at the very end.

I accidentally won the game in just about 8 hours.

I kind of wish I had known that you have to hold off on the main quest, because suddenly, the guild master forbade me from doing any side quests and sent me on a very rapid, linear path to the end of the game.

    I feel kind of ripped off . . .

Also, with all the resurrection phials I stumbled across, I never actually had to use skill, even to defeat the final enemy-- I could just sort of bull-in-a-chinashop my through and win by attrition.

    Express superchute to the end?

Luckilly I caught that part when he said, are you sure you want to pursue this quest? All others will be canceled.

I am enjoying the game more and more, I just wish there was less linearality to it. I hear that is what they were aiming for to start, but the pressures of getting it out and on the console overrode that decision.

I also don't understand how I aged 20 some years while my wife(s) are still quite young. It is getting kind of creepy now that I look like some 90 year old geezer with a 24 year old.
