I just took 45 minutes out of my life to read all 20 pages of this crap. I have concluded from this a number of things:
1. This is stupid 2. Some of you shouldn't be allowed to play NS 3. Some of you shouldn't be allowed to use a computer 4. scripts are clearly evil, the route of all evil. Infact scripts on an evil scale > girls. <!--emo&::nerdy::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/nerd-fix.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='nerd-fix.gif' /><!--endemo--> 5. I hate you all. 6. Blockscripts is probably one of the worst things to happen to this community in terms of the divide it'll create and the pointless arguements it will cause due to people not being properly educated. I wish to god it had never happened and that instead a useful fix or two had been included in b6.
Almost everyone that flames scripting is just uninformed ignorant counter-strikers that havent used a script in their entire life and has no clue what they do. Please, inform yourselves before flaming. Scripts arent free skill hand-outs, they dont aim or shoot for you.
Whining about bunnyhopscripts is also ridiculous since the timing is the smallest part of the skill involved in bunnyhoping.

As this yet another "SCRIPING OMG BBQ H4X!" thread, and its been a record setting, month since the last one, I feel I need to add a little bit.
1. I use a +3jump script. 2. Script blocking is a server admin's choice. 3. If a server admin blocked scripts because they think they aim for you, make you a 1337 bhopper, and make you have those awsome skillz, its time to find a new server. 4. There are 4 groups of people with regards to scripts IMO. 4a. Supporters of scripts. 4b. Anti-script supporters. 4c. People that dont care. 4d. The uninformed.
Now you'll always hear from 4a, 4b, and 4d, and the usual flaming and yelling, and calling people n00bs, its part of a "Scripting" thread. Now the whole community is split on scripting, probibly the same with the playtesters, and maybe even the Dev team, they just added an option for server admins to block them, they own and run the servers, their rules. I'm also surprised that this thread has made it to page 20 without a lock, but it will probibly come soon.
Now if you want facts on scripts, you can find some in this thread, you'll have to find it in midst of the flames, yelling and crying, but they're there.
Here are my opinoins on scripts:
-They are available to everyone, if you want to use them, search through the countless threads people have made.
-Scripts do not aim, bhop, make a newbie a pro, slice your bread, make you more attractive to someone you like. They just perform multiple commands at the press of 1 button, nothing more.
-There are scripts that I think are useful: radio commands with text at the same time (personaly a big one if I used em, concidering that pop up menu is kinda bulky when you need health or ammo in a hostile enviorment), last inv script (although I have not used it myself, I have not heard anything bad about it's use), 3jump script (personal opinion, but can help if you have problems with lag, low fps while trying to bhop).
-Scripts that I don't agree with: leap bite & blink swipe (although I hear they are buggy and don't really work very well), pistol scripts (its not very hard to fire at cap ROF).
Personaly, I don't have any experience with scripts besides the 3jump one, but I won't make outragous statements like they will aim for me, or allow me to become the best player ever. As for the scripts I dont agree with, I have no problems with others using them, I just don't want to use them, if I wanted to, I could look up how they work and make my own.
I won't say I'm an expert on scripts, I won't say I'm an expert player, these are just my observations and opinions, *intros the guy from Reading Rainbow* "But don't take my word for it." Come up with your own conclusions.

None of my scripts are affected by blockscripts except my duck toggle (so I can't use a jetpack, oh well)
