And man, this f***ing sucks. EB hasn't even shipped mine, and its frickin noon.
Don't click on the stupid links...just copy and paste them to the address box.
Those are pictures from the Beta with everything checked/maxed (not compressed or anything) and taking a screenshot did reduce the quality a little bit :\ Nothing is that jagged in the game. Also the second screenshot is with the flashlight on the guy and it looks messed up because theres some kind of pattern made by the glass...I thought the flashlight was supposed to be a separate slot but oh well.
Edit: Yeah I know there is a built-in screenshot taker but its .tga so to hell with that. You really have to see the game in action to appreciate it...most of the really cool stuff is the lighting and animations. It seems with every new monster you meet you get a scripted sequence that introduces them which is a -very- nice touch...instead of just another monster rounding the corner each room is like a self-contained dungeon with a unique fight in it. I don't like how there are only like 2 human zombie models...I don't think the entire facility was run by the same fat and skinny guys wearing exactly the same clothes and sporting identical scars/injuries.
My AR is green too however mine looks more "crisp" I'm on Athlon XP 2700+ 512 DDR400, GF4 Titanium 4200 128DDR. I'm averaging 30-60fps on 1024x768 on medium

Is the game fun? Definately. I'd say it's just as much fun as Thief Deadly Shadows.
I bought Thief Deadly Shadows for $40. That wasn't marked down from retail.
Using your laughable logic, Duke Nukem Forever will retail for $270.

This kind of cr*p is why I'm playing more and more games on consoles. I want to put a game in my CD drive, install it, and run it. Not jump through 20 flaming hoops to prove I actually own it. With my Xbox, I pop the game in and it works. Period.
Game producers (I'm going to blame the producers, not the developers, on this one) need to get it through their thick skulls that their *customers* are not their enemies. Make the game worth buying, and people will buy it. The more of a pain in the *** you make it to even play, the smaller the number of people who are willing to pay for it becomes. Nobody likes paying almost $60 for a nice hefty dose of frustration.

P.S : I hate the IMP, it seems that when ID team worked on the Imp they maked it only for one thing. When its time to scare the player the IMp is allways there.
Have someone tested play in totall darkness or alone with headset? <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html//emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif' /><!--endemo-->
