Lighting is bland, and the wall texture isn't seamless around the doors which you should fix, ie by using 'treat as one' in texture alignment, and giving the the same x and y shifts. Also i think you could try using a different wall texture other than that one, for a bit of variety.
nexus that is looking great but as edgecrusher pointed out lighting could use some work and the door texture seems fuglyied just in general this map is looking good with the architecture but the textures do need some more work

<b>nz-nexus</b> - ignore <b>frostymoose</b>, it looks really good. The screens kind of remind me of the icky feel of doom3 - which is good. Very grimey, very dirty. I like it. I like it a lot actually..great work..
Some Areas in the Explorer big mars station is totally dark, ok not really dark but enough to scare a playing marine. And there is no vents yet, but will be done at last build of the map. And i'm so sorry i can't work on the map everyday so dont! think the map is dead or this thread is dead. I need a miracle, i need a wonder. The school takes the time, and on next week i planning with my Small team to enter hammer and start for full so it's steam around.
This time i really gonna show what Half-Life engine goes for.!

i reworked my Electric core..It was to bright and so, and i have not finished the area yet.
