I am beginning my sweep of all fledging colonies in the Epsilon sector at around 12:40pm GMT 22 October 2003. The shipyards of the home system are fully operational. ((culture level) / 2 ) + 1 = number of planets you can occupy

so i bought 111 destroyers and 14 more transports, and am sending them to my planet right next to his, so if the attack wins and im sieging him, i can just send them on

Renegade we need way more info then that - is that your spend all points planet? How soon can you get a fleet there? If we even send money will it make it in time?

Oh, i have a question... how many planets can i have at lvl 20 culture?
i notice it says "..." i.e "and so on" but it doesnt specify the ratio... i.e 2 culture levels for every planet or something

Rule of thumb for culture level to see how many planets you can get is.....
((culture level) / 2 ) + 1 = number of planets you can occupy
