It's mainly anti-structure... but on it's own... it gets SCREWED... it has SLOW firing attacks, and walks about 1/10th the speed of an HA marine, so rines can chase it down and screw it up

I insist on the idea that Kharaa not necessarily have to have "typical lifeform features", such as eyes, ears, nose, or even teeth! After all, they are supposedly just a massed up bunch of bacterium, so, they don't HAVE to have bipedal or animal-like shapes, now do they?!?!? To me, the kharaa is what the bacterium uses as a self-defense system... it creates "lifeforms" through the hives, which spit 'em out ready for specific uses: chamber creation, spying, all-out attack, or whatever... keep this in mind, y'all, when designing new concepts for the kharaa...
