Just a random hallway, I guess. Not that great, but whatever. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
It's not that you're brushwork isn't good, it's very nice work. The first shot reminds me of something from SvenCoop/Quake and the next few feel like de_dust with a few computer monitors stuck in the wall. It's missing the NS feel IMO. The last one though is very NS feel. Go with the theme from the last pick and redo the rest. That's my 2-cent.
some of these maps are "WOW" and <u>should</u> be used officialy <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> think of the nice big selection you would have
The last one IMO is the only screenie that really actually fits, but its really cool <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo--> <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

I think you'll have to work the lightning, but this first shot promises a really good map. The idea of using this door texture on the ceilling is great i think <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

As usual though Pepe, some nice mapping coming from your way.
the lighting can be helped. one thing that's making it not so interesting is the fact that it's very very general. there's no specific lighting anywhere, except maybe from the red lights between the pipes (shining on the walkway). but i can give 3 suggestions.
1. those orange lights - they should give off orange light. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo--> 2. those orange lights that give off orange light should be angled more toward the wall, not flat to the ground. this way they will not create as much overall light. most of it will be projected on the wall creating some nice color. 3. thos railings should have some white lighting underneath them as shown to light the walkway. how exactly you do that can be up to you.
i know this picture is terribly ugly, but it gets my point across.
Update from the old hallway screen. Made it into a T-junction now. <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Er, not to nag you, DarkMantiZ, but this is the "post your screenshots" thread and not the place to discuss the layout of your map. Try posting a new thread instead.

Here is a doodle room, which i made yesterday. The sign textures are, well, the start of a new project. I haven't realy started yet, but we shall see. edit: my god capitialization what have you done to me j400???
Because i'm so stoked about the captital letters in the previous post, ill post another picture. This is the controll room from the previous room, the one with the claw. I'm thinking of adding some control panels by the outside two windows. They would open and close the doors below, but I havent done it, mostly 'cause i am aobut to study. edit: didn't study played with sound and I added some more stuff. I don't know if i'm going to keep the claw in the center window(that red stuff)
u spelt maintenance wrong!!! <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo--> Looks very good though <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
