Idea: Graphics options preset: Streaming (optimizes settings to avoid compressed video artifacts)

@Obraxis @Flayra @Squeal_Like_A_Pig I know you guys get a lot of exposure from streamers, was wondering if it would be easy to make a preset or maybe checkbox that disables or reduces the intensity of options that can cause lower quality compressed videos, like on YouTube etc. Not sure exactly which ones, but I notice a lot of Eye Candy streams don't look as well as they could (might be motion blur, DOF, or maybe even Filmic when it's in a dark area, due to loss of quality from compression. So maybe disable blur, and reduce DOF and Filmic levels when Streaming Mode is turned on?) Of course that might be dependent on what quality they're streaming at too.
