Please help me!

in Subnautica Bug Reporting
I was going down to a shipwrek i locatet via a video. I was driving in my cyclops. when i came down to the location the wrek wasnt there. It started lagging, and there i was in the cyclops glitching in the wrek. All of a sudden I flew into the air. I saved and restarted the game. When I came back into the game, the cyclops with all of my items and my seamoth was slingshotted to the void. Is it possible to delete the last save and go back to the save before that save?? Thanks for trying to help me <3

    They're working on an autosave system, and more than one save slot per saved game has been requested, but currently, there's not a way to do it. You might want to try using the Debug Console, and inputting the command 
    gamereset
    If that doesn't work, try 
    entreset
    Last resort, try teleporting to the Cyclops with 
    warpme
    and see if it will then drop back down to the water (it might). Let us know what happens when you try the above steps. If you're comfortable with recording, you might want to capture this, it's possible it might end up being kind of cool (in that case upload it to YouTube and post the link here!)

    They're working on an autosave system, and more than one save slot per saved game has been requested, but currently, there's not a way to do it. You might want to try using the Debug Console, and inputting the command 
    gamereset
    If that doesn't work, try 
    entreset
    Last resort, try teleporting to the Cyclops with 
    warpme
    and see if it will then drop back down to the water (it might). Let us know what happens when you try the above steps. If you're comfortable with recording, you might want to capture this, it's possible it might end up being kind of cool (in that case upload it to YouTube and post the link here!)

    The lagging bug is being actively investigated by the devs. In the mean time have you tried clearing your cache? (Beat you to it, 0x6A7232 haha!! :D )

    If you check the first line of 0x6A7232's signature above, you see the link to how to clear your cache.

    What's happening, exactly? Be as detailed as possible: when did it start, what did it do, which thing(s) did you try?

    It started when i got to the bloodkelp the 4th time and ever since i've not been able to play properly. I tried to delete all the batch filees in every folder (IGP's video you linked)

    That's odd. If you deleted all of the batch files, it should work just fine. To be more specific, delete the CellsCache folder. The CompiledOctreesCache folder as well for a full clear, but I think for this one it's just CellsCache that's bothering you. If you've cleared both and it still won't work, delete all of the txt files in your slot00xx folder. BE SURE you don't delete the main files that are also in there. They are:
    • gameinfo.json
    • global-objects.bin
    • scene-objects.bin
    • screenshot.jpg (<- that's the little thumbnail showing you a preview of the save when you go to load)

    Do you have a seamoth, and have you had it for quite a bit of time? There is a bug where the seamoth causes this issue, and I believe you can just destroy it and make a new one to alleviate the problem. Even if you have to use the command console to spawn the items to build it again, nobody frowns upon a bug fix work around.

    In case you're wondering how to do that: take all the upgrades out and drive it under 200m, then use the debug console command

    My game is just lagging very very much. Video with frames in the left upper corner. As you see in the video the loading takes (02 min. and 36 sec.). In the loading screen sometimes the frames drop. When i came in the game when it was working i had 60fps. Now i have only from 1fps to 8fps. I demonstrate how the fps goes in the different places.

    Odd, normally by the description of your issue, this usually means a cache clearing would fix it. When my game gets stubborn I delete all the cache files just to be sure. I assume you tried that however. Are you close to any wrecks by chance? These are known to cause FPS issues over time, but again, a cache cleaning should of corrected that.

    Put this file in your slot0001 folder and double-click it.

    It may give you a security warning, since it is a batch file. However, if you are concerned, you can right-click it and click 'Edit' - you will see it only contains the following instructions:
    del /q *.txt
del /q CellsCache\*.bin
del /q CompiledOctreesCache\*.optoctrees

    After doing that, please defragment your hard disk.
