As of the moment this post went live, there are just less than 70.5 hours to go until the Natural Selection 2 World Championship finals series kicks off on Twitch.TV/NaturalSelection2. Right now, you can support Titus Gaming, Godar, Saunamen and Legendary Snails by wearing their Championship Emblem, available in the Steam Store.     Yeah, so... what livestream exactly starts at 17:00 CET? Is that when the games start?
    Does that mean we will have 6 hrs of facepainting?

    @joshhh If you total Euro support vs NA support, the Euro's are still better supported, but I suppose that's the trouble with the Europeans being so much better and having more teams :P

    @Hugh - @F0rdPrefect is talking about the tickets, which advise the event starts at 1pm local time, but the stream doesn't start until 5pm local time. He wants to know what will be happening in the four hours between the two..

    I'm super excided to go to the finals.

    As @F0rdPrefect and @Soul_Rider mentioned, the ticket shows 1 PM (13:00 UTC+1) as start time.
    The stream starts at 5 PM (17:00 UTC+1). So will we have a 4 hour face painting introduction :!! ?

    So we just want to know, if we should be there at 1 PM (13:00 UTC+1) or if we should arrive before 5 PM (17:00 UTC+1)

    So, people, please start arriving around 3PM German time. You may not be able to get in before that time! Also dont arrive after 4:30PM as you might not be able to get in!

    @F0rdPrefect Cologne is a great city to explor. You could:

    - go to the "Dom" (cathedral) in the city center and go up the stairs to take some pictures
    - drink a "Kölsch" (local beer) at a "Biergarten" (for example: http://www.paeffgen-koelsch.de/)
    - have a mongolian BBQ at Mongos (http://www.mongos.de)
    - since you can't join the after show party, you could have a tea at http://www.goldmundkoeln.de
    - enjoy a curry sausage with fries
    - visit the chocolate museum http://www.schokoladenmuseum.de/

    Otherwise, you could bring some notebooks, a 4G router, a 16 port switch, mobile power generator, and play NS2 whit the others waiting there. ;-)

    Is there any way for Reddog and Crew to broadcast these live on Youtube as well as on Twitch? Because I get very poor streaming experience on Twitch, even replaying old videos has a lot of buffering for some reason!

    @F0rdPrefect I suggest you grab a bite to eat, chill for a bit, then wander down to the studio. I think it's about a 30 min walk from the main train station anyway.

    @SupaDupaNoodle I believe a deal is already with Twitch for frontpage and stuffs.

    It pulls twitch streams into VLC/other media players (if you set it up). It solved so many issues for me watching twitch streams, because flash is a horrible piece of software.

    twitch is so awful, you can't even scale the video box - the layout personally I think is awful and it's just gfdjghjfjhgf
