would you have bought the onos badge?

I not, since i have no job. Else i would have.
If there where a few options between onos and shadow i would have gone for a more expensive one.

I will keep edeting the post to keep the amount of people that wanted to buy onos up to date.

    @Ironman front ns2 page http://unknownworlds.com/ns2/ has a link on the left side of the page to the reinforcement program. There you donate money for certain rewards to further ns2 development. I'll be getting the shadow badge as soon as my paycheck comes in. :)

    I wouldn't. The goodies are tempting, but it's just too expensive. Shadow is on the edge, but I'm gonna get it.

    I would have. Except its now sold out. I would have been comfortable donating anywhere between 200-300. The lack of such a level and the next being $8000 is just laughable. This is not Project Eternity or Tides of Numenera. I think UWE will be hard pressed to find anyone donating at that kind of level.

    Solution... Create a new rank say fade badge (we all know fade>onos) or hive badge, whatever... This badge who'd be say 500$ where you get all previous stuff plus a few extras...(allow current onos owners to upgrade for the difference) ..

    Potential Extras...

    Universal reserved slot...
    Custom decal...
    personal spray paint...

    They cannot release any more badges above the Onos level. I know several of the people who bought the badge simply because there were only 25 of them...

    @joshhh why can't they release a higher teir... One might argue that it would be unfair, but every year apple releases an iphone that makes mine outdated....

    If you bought a limited onos badge you bought it. This does not mean they can't create a new product for sale like a hive badge, it just means no one else can buy a onos badge.

    As far as fairness if they want to be more fair they could allow onos owners to upgrade for the difference... But if there are 100 hive badges for 500$ which is better to be 1/25 or 1/100...

    I say they just make a Marine Badge, Skulk, Gorge and Fade, all of which will be below Onos, but give it more of a quantity of like 50-75.

    I personally dont like the shoulder icon given with the shadow one.
    Also I prefer my constelli icon.

    So yes I still got myself the shadow one. :). But ill be damned if I enter my forum handle. My precious constelli icon.. precious!

    don't speed, you don't get there any faster. and the faster the speed limit, the less speeding matters.... unless you're going like 500 miles or something.

    4 people so far wo would have bought onos. Please keep telling me if you would have bought it to keep the count up to date.
    (I count martin7 as well since it's a close call).
    And Martin7 they won't be giving black armor. And if they a lot of people would get pissed. Black armor means you supported ns2 well before it even was released.
