Doesn't feel right
When I wall walk with the skulk i feel like helium balloon floating to the ceiling.

Is there any way of having the camera flip with the surface the skulk is stuck to?

Most people dislike the concept, finding it disorienting, so it probably won't ever get priority - but if someone made a mod for it and included a way for it to be turned off in the options, it might become part of the official game.

Well in latest AvP game it was made pretty smooth and sometimes it was disorienting but once you get a hold of it you really can use it to your advantage.

Getting used to AvP style movement, playing skulk in NS2 kinda lost the meaning, that's why I (like in NS1) stick with gorge.

You want the view to be upside down when you're on the ceiling? I really dislike that, if that is put in then it should be an option.

It is somewhere in there, but Im not sure where. I remember this in Tremulous and it was really disorienting but I think thats more a fault of that engine rather than the mechanic.

Just have an indicator of what is down that sticks with the cross hair ala avp.

Will link some pics when it finishes downloading

With the way Skulks move right now it would be horrible really, the way you can leap wall to wall to floor to ceiling far more rapidly than anything in AvP is designed to do. It would be terribly difficult to track and stay mobile enough at the same time to not just get destroyed let alone keep from becoming ill from the whole visual spectacle. Your camera would be flipping all over the place assuming it's adhering to wall camera flipping as well. Really if it wasn't it wouldn't make much sense consistency-wise.
