Except NS2 isn't Call of Duty. It is a complicated game and you can't just pick it up and expect to have fun just like that. It is just how the game is. You need a minimum of commitement.

Removing the jump with jetpacks will allow jp to be usable in vents. With the jump it's not possible in most of the vents.

Wich is why you have matches based on skill level. Look at the examples you gave : CS:GO and LoL. It works. It could have on NS2 too. It shoudld have.

Welcome to public NS2. If you want a good experience, you need to play competitive games. NS is not a game that is enjoyable at low level (unless you like to build turrets/shit as gorge or hump armories and do nothing) because of it's own design.
