So I'have finally found the solution it was the GIBABYTE OC_GURU software that cause the bug!
After closing it, the game work perfectly, it seem that the msi software cause the same bug to!

So i've tried on a official uwe server, the same thing happen, i can change my weapon only with the quich switch.
And when i log on the command station a can move other the map. When I logout from the station, the station disappear.

ARF no result, it's very strange, i cannot switch weapon, and when i want to display the score board there is only one name displayed ( the name change each time) when i use voice it's the nickname of one other player wich is displayed not mine.
