First sorry for my bad english!
I can't play, all my bind randomly don't work, sometime i can't attack, use the alien vision, or can't display the evolve/buy menu, when i respawn sometime i can just walk no jump or use.
It's very annoying, i'm a huge fan I've played ns1 and bought ns2 before the release, but i haven't ever play this game properly T_T!
If someone can give me a solution!

If that all doesn't fix your problems please verify your game cache datas
After all to help you futher we need your log.txt and maybe a techreport

Goto %appdata%/Natural selection 2/
and delete all folders
If this didnt help: reinstall the game.
@all someone should post a instruction like:
1. Disable all mods, delete %appdata%/Natural selection 2/
2. Delete /steam/userdata/<userid>/4920 and disable Steam cloud for NS2 to reset options to default
3. Verify Game Cache Files
4. If problems with graphic: Check if you driver force the game into anti-alising, turn of all graphic features
5. If problems with input: turn off "Raw Input" in the options
6. Still Problems Post a thread here with a detailed description of your problem and the log.txt from %appdata%/Natural selection 2/ ( or a techreport)
7. In case you have performance problems. Use profiler and post screenshots
@elfenek Are you sure that you dont have any lags or dcs while this problem happens (use r_stats to see your fps), As you have a Razer Imperator pls make sure "Raw Input" is turned off. And pls do Step 2 from above your options are rly messed up. Please also do Step 3 (you have some bad errors in your log), and try to play on a server without the 249 mod for test reasons
I've noticed that the display of my resource is bug too.
Test on an official uwe server after you have confirmed you have deactivated and unsubscribed from all mods. Because this sounds like a mod issue.
Then please provide another tech support zip.
And when i log on the command station a can move other the map. When I logout from the station, the station disappear.
Here an another tech support, i've also send an email to the unknownworld support, theyare working on it, i'm keeping hope! Maybe one day I'll play! :-)
PS: My keyboard works fine on all my other games, but i'm gone try another one.

Both are located in the same place, the C:\Program Files\Steam\userdata\YourID\4920\remote
Yet yours seems to be missing quite a bit..
So i would manually delete it (not rely on steam)
Then disable steam cloud for NS2.
Verify integrity of cache.
Run NS2 and see if your bindings are default or yours.
IF they are no longer your bindings, test to see if it works.
If it does, then exit NS2 and enable steam cloud.
Some things in your log that back this theory up:
"Error: Error reading remote options file
Error: Loading of cloud user settings failed"
To disable or enable steam cloud:
Steam > Library > right click NS2 > properties > updates tab > check the box that says steam cloud.
The config he has seems to be the default, i get exactly the same if i delete the remote folder
Regardless though, the error attempting to load cloud user settings is too coincidental given the symptoms he's getting.

How can bindings cause this ??? I think the best way to go is that he nukes NS2 and does a fresh reinstall
Logs show no mods being used though.. which pretty much would mean a poor install... that isn't giving errors or any missing assets in the console?
It doesn't add up.
Sounds more like directX issues! (input handling and rendering issues)
Which would make sense if he did actually reinstall everything already (manually deletion and all) and is still having the problem.
@elfennek try running DXSETUP.exe which is found in your Natural Selection 2/Redist/ folder.
Then ensure no overlays are running in the background. NS2 does not play well with overlays. No mumble, no MSI afterburner, no anti virus popups, nothing. Create a new windows user account if you are paranoid enough.
After closing it, the game work perfectly, it seem that the msi software cause the same bug to!
