get one with a good CPU and bad hd and low ram and buy this yourself.
you can get those in perfect condition used and with up to four years of warranty. -

well, ping over 50 was always and SHOULD be problematic!
a good netcode wil be optimized for 100% accurate gameplay around 50ms.
pll change town and isp for a reason :P

yeah, but as the technology is only synced with 120 the 144 hz will work with 120 hz instead. they are working on getting it running at 144hz too.

nope, not at all.
and shouldnt be related at all.
the only thing that changes is,
that the graphics card locks your hz at 120hz
and sends a syncroniziation signal to the monitor.
then the monitor syncs… -

windowed fullscreen dosent work right at all, i cant use it, it kinda stutters and lags, even at 200fps,
but maybe that vsync stuff is the reason for it... -
