If you're using low-end settings the game doesn't pop in the proper meshes for a bit. It takes a bit of load time but the LOD textures will eventually switch over and allow you to walk on the surface.

Reapers will, indeed, respawn but only in their designated locations.... As long as you don't venture into Reaper territory(Dunes, Arora, Debris field) there shouldn't be a Leviathan that heads to the shallows to harass you.... Sin…In some cases on stable build... Wrecks can respawn their damaged doors... meaning you have to cut them open again. it's annoying as hell having to cut open 3 doors, save, go back and have to open 3 more. >.>
STP Wreck, Koosh Wreck…I really think this is a "Bounding Box" error applied to creature spawns.

Biters will chase Reefbacks as food-targets now(It's how I got two of the MASSIVE buggers stuck in the shallows next to my base)
