Sorry to hear it wasn't working for some of you!
I don't know what it was for me but I added ns2.exe to the Team Fortress 2 Profile
and deleted the Natural Selection 2 profile

To the main poster, I've noticed this too...
When I go to rookie servers to help rookies there's some veterans that go on and just completely stomp rookie teams and coms...
I think its really unjust and unfair, not much you can do though…
