Would be safer for the forum mods to just lock the thread to prevent people from continuing to post in it. It what I did when I helped moderate a forum at one time in the past.

Mineral nodes aren't normally suppose to respawn period, not unless the map gets regenerated by deleting chunks via the game directory and letting the game respawn those chunks.

no mobile platform/tech currently besides a laptop could probably handle the requirements of the game graphically or cpu wise. I could be wrong but I don't think there are anything besides some very expensive tablets which have the processing power …

not currently possible at least from what the wiki says to obtain lithium without using console commands. that's an old bug from the original game, sometimes the fauna would clip through seabases. I'm surprised this bug wasn't quashed in the original game. I've had the bad experience of coming back to find my aquariums empty of my fish…Be aware though that some of the mods don't work properly or introduce bugs, like your cyclops spazzing out.
