I downgraded my drivers from 347.52 to 341.44 and everything is back to normal now, 60 FPS …
I bought the Shadow tier and I totally agree with your intention of putting the RP content as steam purchases, even if you put all the skins in it ! Make everything possible to keep UWE alive and make new players want to play and support NS2 !
