I personally have been trying to look at it from a 6v6 perspective and upwards, the maximum number we are shooting for is 20-24, 24 being that we are kinda hitting the limit before it gets too chaotic.

We put it in there because we want it and the general feedback we got at PAX was that people wanted it.

TBH I could care less about porting NS2 to Spark 2.0, what I'm really interested in seeing is 2.0 expanding on the ease of use from 1.0, like making the whole art pipeline as easy as drag and drop for models and textures instead of going through a b…

Sure we might take a hit from it but I don't think it will be big as we will be offering new things. -

in Combat Standalone Revealed - Natural Selection 2 Comment by Jibrail April 2014Hi everyone, I wanted to ask something here just to get an idea of how interested you the community are in this before we plan anything.
We are currently starting to implement more new things in the game so my question is would you rather have…As I mentioned earlier, due to the time frame we have before release and map making takes months before you see a finished map we are using existing maps, the mappers are working closely with us to polish them and add changes where its needed. right…I second that, can we keep this Combat related and stop arguing about what UWE is doing with THEIR game, surly there are other topics out there to go to for that sort of thing.Sadly we are not fixing combat anymore, our focus right now is all devoted to finishing Natural Selection 2: Combat the standalone version.(Quote) Lots of discussions are going on internally about the price point but nothing is set in stone yet.
