I assume you switched hints and commander hints off in the options? If you didn't, try that. ^^

Still crashing a lot, but NS2 closes completely immediately . So I guess starting techsupport.exe without the process being in memory is a waste of time.

Graphics and CPU AMD, Radeon 6900 and Phenom II 1100 X6, random crashing as well.

Talking to a few peeps on the servers, it seems these crashes are not as seldom as we'd like. (And it's not always the hints/awesomenium.) Asked about 40 people, found 4 who crash since 267.
